We have a team of housing advisers including solicitors, litigation executives and paralegals; and a wealth of experience and expertise between them.
Our designated team can advise and represent you in:
- Repossession hearings
- Rent and Mortgage arrears
- Property Disrepair
- Issues with the Council - e.g. banding, re-housing, and allocations
- Housing benefit
- Anti Social Behaviour (ASBO and ASBI)
- Homelessness, or threatened homelessness
- Harassment and unlawful eviction
- Other matters arising out of tenancy agreements
- Tenants Deposits
We offer legal aid for those eligble and negotiate private rates for those ineligible.
We can represent you in rent and mortgage repossession hearings free, and regardless of means in the following courts:
Norwich, Kings Lynn; Great Yarmouth; Lowestoft; Bury St Edmunds.
